focusing on:
recently a client at work (who happened to run silent discos for a living, but that's irrelevant) told me a recent death in his family had given him the feeling that all he needed to do for the rest of his life was meet all the fun people in the world.
a few days later i had a conversation on the 11 tram with a man who introduced himself to me as 'Gunnan'. it was raining heavily that afternoon and i had forgotten my umbrella. Gunnan asked me to hold his open bottle of Chambord while we both peered out the drivers window. among other topics we shared, i told him i wished i hadn't forgotten my umbrella. Gunnan told me about the bigger picture the universe from his point of view, and asked me to look closer at the wipers as they slid across the window pane.
"they push away the rain.
you're just a human.
humans can't do that."
so right now i am focusing on spending more time outside, talking to people and spending less time inside coding this website.
